Refund Policy

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. 7-DAY RETURN WINDOW

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 calendar days after the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your vehicle must be in the exact condition you received it:

  • Unused & Unridden: The odometer must show zero (0) km.

  • Condition: No scratches, dirt, or signs of wear.

  • Packaging: Must be in its original crate/box with all security ties, manuals, and chargers included.

  • Proof of Purchase: A copy of your original invoice is required.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to safety and licensing regulations, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Any bike that has been ridden or used (even for a short distance).

  • Electrical components or spare parts once they have been installed.

  • Items purchased during a "Clearance," "Sale," or "Flash Sale" event.

  • Customized or modified vehicles.

3. RETURN SHIPPING & RESTOCKING FEES

As an independent dealer, we incur significant costs to move these vehicles. If a return is approved for a "Change of Mind":

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the bike back to our warehouse. (The original 250 AED shipping fee is non-refundable).

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% Restocking Fee will be deducted from your refund to cover inspection, administrative processing, and merchant transaction fees.

4. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS (DOA)

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

  • Shipping Damage: If the bike arrives damaged, you must note the damage on the delivery receipt and contact us within 24 hours. Provide clear photos/videos of the damage and the packaging.

  • Manufacturing Defects: If the bike is found to have a manufacturing defect upon its first start-up, we will provide a replacement part or repair it free of charge. A full return will only be processed if the defect cannot be repaired.

5. THE REFUND PROCESS

  1. Request: Contact us at [Your Email] or via WhatsApp to request a Return Authorization.

  2. Inspection: Once we receive the bike back at our warehouse, our technicians will inspect it (this usually takes 3-5 business days).

  3. Approval: We will notify you if the refund is approved or rejected based on the bike's condition.

  4. Credit: If approved, the refund (minus the shipping and restocking fees) will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 10-14 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.

6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Before Shipment: If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched, we will issue a full refund minus a 3% processing fee (charged by the payment gateway).

  • After Shipment: If the bike has already left our warehouse, it will be treated as a return, and you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
