1. SHIPPING RATES

To keep things simple for our riders, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee across the UAE:

  • Standard Delivery: 250 AED per vehicle.

  • This fee covers the specialized handling, securing, and transport required for high-capacity electric bikes.

2. PROCESSING TIMES

  • Order Verification: Once your payment is confirmed, our team performs a pre-delivery inspection. This usually takes 1–3 business days.

  • Dispatch: After inspection, your bike is handed over to our regional logistics partners.

  • Note: During high-demand periods or product launches, processing times may vary. We will notify you via email of any significant delays.

3. DELIVERY ESTIMATES

  • Local (Dubai/Sharjah/Ajman): Typically 2–4 business days after dispatch.

  • Other Emirates (Abu Dhabi/RAK/Fujairah/UAQ): Typically 3–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Please note that these are estimates. As an independent dealer, we work with third-party couriers and cannot 100% guarantee exact arrival times due to traffic or external logistics factors.

4. DELIVERY CONDITIONS

  • Curbside Delivery: Due to the size and weight of E RIDE PRO products, delivery is "curbside." The driver will drop the bike at the nearest accessible point to your home or building entrance.

  • Identification: An adult (18+) must be present to sign for the delivery. You may be asked to show a valid Emirates ID to ensure the order reaches the correct person.

  • Assembly: Bikes may arrive in a crate or partially unassembled for safety during transit. Professional assembly is recommended before your first ride.

5. INSPECTION UPON RECEIPT

It is vital that you inspect the packaging and the bike immediately upon arrival.

  • If you notice significant damage to the crate or the bike, please take photos and note the damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves.

  • Contact us at [Your Email/Phone] within 24 hours of delivery to report any shipping-related issues.

6. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your bike is on the move, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number or the contact details of our local delivery team so you can coordinate the exact drop-off time.

7. WRONG ADDRESS & REDELIVERY

Please double-check your delivery address and contact number at checkout. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or because no one was available to receive the bike, a redelivery fee may apply.
